Eggs are really difficult for a lot of people early on, yet so many of us insist on trying them as our first foods!  (I did too.)  Try things other than eggs for your future meals :)

My nutritionist said that eggs are considered a soft food, not a pureed food. I am 3 weeks post-op and still on pureed foods. I am salivating for a scrambled egg. :-)

I pureed hardboiled eggs while I was in pureed stage - my NUT said that was fine.

my favorite thing on pureeds was meatloaf w/ gravy blended.  It looked nasty, but I needed something savory.

Eggs are still problematic for me at almost 14 months out.  I suggest eating something like Eggface's Ricotta Bake, or any of the other ideas on her blog for pureed foods.
