Monday, yuck!! I'm trying to decide what to give up for Lent! In the past it was always food related. Now, I have pretty much given up everything food wise! Anyway....

I'm not Catholic, so I don't know all the intricacies of Lent.. but, instead of giving something up, are you able to add in something healthy? I guess you could phrase it in a "giving up" way. Maybe like "I'll give up sitting on my butt for 30 minutes a day and replace it with walking/yoga/jumping jacks/whatever." Or something like that?

I like the way you think! I use to mall walk on my lunch hour so why not give up sitting at my desk and go back to the mall to walk!! Good idea! I'm not on facebook, but I'm on Twitter and instargram so I thinkni may give up social media too!!

E: I took my lunch hour at work and walked 2 miles; I had to turn around it's so damn cold out! Probably will do stationary bike at home tonight.
