Congraulations! Definitely celebrate! Perhaps  new outfit to show-off that 100-pound lost! I can't wait to get to that point! :-)

Isn't it cool? This ride just blows my mind sometimes.

I just passed the half way to goal weight point.

Now, I have less to loose than I've already lost .

Not quite four months out, 112 pounds. Cant be real, can it? It is totally amazing and unbelievable at the same time.

Every day I notice things improving, my posture, my energy level, my sleeping, no more killing hurtin' feet and aching knees.

And the list goes on and on.

I just came off of a twelve day stall and have lost 9 pounds in 2 days. I'm freaking' out! Feeling great, getting stronger everyday.

This thing by far, is exceeding any and all expectations I hoped for. I can't even put it in words.

Hitting a new goal daily is great motivation. I can't wait to see what improves tomorrow.

I truly believe  that I will hit my goal weight in the next 6 months or so, and it is really exciting.

Stay excited, I think its the key.

I stall the same way. Feels like the scale will barely move in two (sometimes more) weeks... And then I'll drop a bunch over 3 or 4 days. That's the groove I'm in right now. I hovered at 208-215 for almost a month. Now I'm dropping a pound or two a week. At least I know what to expect from my body by now. It tends to have a lot to do with where I am in my menstrual cycle oddly enough

I am so happy for you!!!  Congrats.  I go for surgery tomorrow morning, Feb 16.  This was just what I needed to see!  Thank you for sharing.

Massage? Mani/pedi?  New makeup?  New CLOTHES?  These are my celebratory gifts now.  Not pizza. :)  Congratulations!
