5 days post op issues

Im sure everything is fine but just wanted to see if others had these issues

Trouble sleeping

Tired after taking alittle walk

No matter how much I drink i'm still thirsty. 

Diarrhea.

Yes - all normal.  You just had a major surgery.  Drink as much as you can.  Your daily minimum goal is 64oz or more of fluids every single day.  It may feel hard to do - but you MUST do it, somehow, some way.

Yep; it's very normal. Your body just underwent a pretty significant surgery. It will get better, but in the meantime, keep taking those little walks and drink, drink, drink. I did not and it is my biggest regret post surgery.

As all have said above it is all normal! You may be tired for some time (a month or two) just keep trucking!! You may try sleeping on a wedge pillow this helped me for about the first 2 months.  Congrats on your surgery!

Totally normal.  Walk and sip your liquids and protein drinks.  And be patient with yourself!

not only did your body have major stress from the surgery but you still have the drugs in you , anasisia and pain meds can make you tired and thirsty , try to drink your 64 oz , and get some protien in

be happy with the diarrhea - i got constipated and had to take milk of magnesia - it worked but YUK!
