Maintenance sounds really challenging!  I mean, I'm looking forward to getting there, since it means I'll be at goal, but it definitely sounds like a challenge to figure out what works.  You'll get there!

Wegmans has some good sushi. I like those shrimp summer rolls. They were started in my neck of the woods.

TGIF.... Feeling like I should cancel my weekend plan and just rest up to beat this cold.

B: Steel Cut Oats, Non Fat Dry Milk, coffee

L; 3 oz leftover beef, 2 oz quinoa salad

S: Dannon Light and Fit

D: idk, some leftovers

V: ok. I am really pushing the vitamin C.

S1: Ham, Onion and Pepper scrambled eggs with 1 wedge of light laughing cow cheese

L: Ranch Tuna Creations with a tiny amount of mayo

S2: 2% Fage yogurt with Equal and Sugar free strawberry preserves 

D: Grilled chicken breast

S3: Turkey Jerky

Breakfast - pesto chicken

Lunch - philly cheese steak sloppy joes and jack cheese

dinner - chicken and broccoli

snack - buffalo chicken dip with wheat thins

vitamins - ok

water - not great

exercise - recumbent bike
