Food / Recipes -- what are some of your favorites?
I've always been a big fan of stuffed peppers, especially veggie ones. Stuff 'em with quinoa and tempeh, and you've got a protein powerhouse. No-noodle lasagna is a big hit around my house as well; putting soy crumbles or meat in there ups the protein. Anything with lentils is good. Fish is great. I like black bean soup as well.
