breakfast - salmon

lunch1 - crustless mushroom quiche

lunch2 - pulled pork and sweet potato casserole

dinner - buffalo chicken casserole - my daughter made this! yum - but high in calories for me...

vitamins - I forgot my evening ones last night... not good

water - ok - could be better

exercise - weight training and recumbent bike
