I think it's alot of acid.. But I'm physically having hunger pains :(

Acid can give you the sense of hunger pangs.

Also the nerves in your stomach were just severed and it doesn't know what the heck is going on. It's a lying liar that lies. Try to ignore what it tells you until it heals.
