Newbie!

Hi to all! I'm new here and not real sure on how to use this forum and/or website but I will try. Need support! Surgery was 3 weeks and a couple days ago, Vertical Sleeve. No complications or problems except a week ago I stopped losing weight! I've been stuck for 9 days. I've heard this is usual. But it is discouraging. Have any of you been through this so soon after surgery?

Yep ... The dreaded 3 week stall ... For me it hit 2.5 through till 3.5 weeks but it moved again!  Since the stall I have lost 6 lbs in less than a week!

I hit the stall at 3 weeks. Today is the first day of week 4 so hopefully things change. Its discouraging, but its only temporary! Just keep doing what you are doing :)

I've also hit it now at 2.5 weeks out. I expected it so I'm not getting too discouraged yet but I can understand how it can be frustrating!

Amandaleah you are doing great on your weightloss! I saw your ticker and was like wow!! 

Thanks Melanie! Most of that was pre-surgery but I'm pretty thrilled with the 16 over the last 2 1/2 weeks. You're doing great too! I think you were just a bit before me on your date right?

Yes my surgery was on the 21st of January:) I'm excited to see your progress! 

Thanks! It is so hard to deal with when you've spent years of trying in the past without results. It is wonderful to have everyone's support! We will all keep on going one day at a time!
