Has anyone tried Nasoya Pasta Zero? It's supposed to be low carb spaghetti/fettuccini. Best part is per 3/4 cup it's only 15 cal and 4 carbs and its vegan.

Ingredients: water, konjac flour, chickpea flour, potato starch, calcium hydroxide, reduced iron, folic acid. - See more at: http://www.nasoya.com/products/pasta-zero-shirataki-spaghetti

I don't think it was this brand, but I tried some a few years ago and didn't like them.

I have tried something similar.  I didn't really like it.

The nutrition I think is fine.  The texture is odd.  They say to rinse it and pat it dry.  I think it is worth a try.  If you like it great :)

I just eat real pasta since the very small amount I can actually eat limits the calories and carbs.  However, it is not a trigger food for me.

I've tried a different brand and they're not awful but they certainly aren't a pasta substitute (these noodles aren't fooling anyone). I like them best in stir-frys or if you microwave them with 2 laughing cow cheese slices it's almost like an Alfredo sauce. Just rinse them really well because they stink!

Rinse them well.  Dry roast them (nonstick frying pan on high****il they squeak or until it looks like all the moisture has burned off. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes. I eat miracle noodles/shirataki noodles regularly.  They do NOT taste like pasta/rice, but pasta/rice sits too heavy on my stomach.  This is a good substitute if you want a low cal pasta-like fix.
