Struggles with Determining "Goal" - I've lost 260lbs man, I'm tired!
Thank you!! The weight really is just in my calves and thighs...any excess I have is all in those areas - much more apparent when I'm without clothing lol!
Thank you again!!!

I would echo what Laura said - stop focusing on the number on the scale or the BMI chart. Focus on body composition, on your percentage of body fat. It's entirely possible to lower your body fat percentage and see the number on the scale go UP!
I would work to change up your workout routine and aim for 25% body fat. You are young and healthy so that's totally acheivable. Lift weights and it will happen!
By the way, you look FANTASTIC!
Thank you SO much! Yes, I would agree that 25% would be idea. I CAN DO IT lol (did that sound convincing??)

You are an inspiration and a role model to all of us struggling with obesity. How your beauty has risen for everyone to witness and admire, is truly amazing. It’s not the first time the Gastric Sleeve tool has benefit people with such a transformation. I agree with Gwen, you can choose not to decide at the present.
Thank you so much!!
