I am on day 4 as well! I haven't weighed yet. But, I am doing really well. So far I have managed to stay under 40 gr Carbs and (according to MyFitnessPal) gone over my 60 gr protein substantially every day! Cutting carbs was harder than I thought it would be. I do find myself craving them. But, I am determined to see this through!
FYI...for my protein shakes, I found PB2! I love putting that in my vanilla shake! So yummy! Helps me gulp it right down!
