I am back on track
It has been 2 years and 5 months since my journey started. I have lot 103 pounds since my surgery date of 8/29/12. I am still no where I want to be but have kept off what I have lost and maintained. I did discover some of my bad habits have crept back in and I seem to be one of the few who can eat pasta, bread, fries, etc... just smaller portions. I am now officially back on track. I have pulled myself back on the wagon and time to finish the 40 more pounds I want to lose. I got involved in an unhealthy relationship and have made the break from that and now focusing completely on me more than I have ever done. I know most of you don't know me and I am putting my errors out there to be accountable and back on track. Always a journey and a learning experience..
Good for your for getting back on track! We can all eat pasta, bread, fries, etc.. they're just not good choices. :)
