Love the saying of progress not perfection. I need to log my foods better, but I'm always thinking I am under-estimating the calories. I need to get my act together on that part. I'm good with exercising and most everything else, but I also have the FitBit which makes it much easier. I wish they had a FitBit calorie counter:)

My Fitness Pal has that.  Once you program in foods you eat, it remembers and all you have to do is log them in.
