Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? - Friday
So Stacy I was losing up until xmas and now with not good choices have gained 8# for the first time since being sleeved! I am back on track but seriously I was when losing eating 1200 calories now I am eating 900-1000 and i am not losing any, its like my body is confused so i am wondering how i can get the losing going again???? I am drinking my water faithfully tracking every bite and walking 1 mile a day 4 days a week

This has been a really tough week for me food wise. Things have been crazy at work and I haven't been adhering to my schedule for eating/drinking. Since I don't feel hungry it has been way to easy to skip my mealtimes. These are really bad habits of mine and part of what led me to get to my weight. I really need to focus on not falling into these old patterns.

Wow great job Gwen! Impressive weight loss :) A nap sounds fantastic. I went to the gym for a run and yoga nad started feeling really crappy on the treadmill so cut it short to come home. So I might squeeze in a nap before picking up my son from school.
b - buffalo chicken
l - chicken thigh, brussel sprouts, sweet potato
s - latte
d - pizza (promised my kiddo -- it is surprising how far one slice of pizza goes w/ the crust compared to pre-sleeve)
s - grapes and yogurt maybe... need some kind of fruit today
e - 2 mile run
w - on track
v - gotta get these in
I ended up napping for 2 hours. It was glorious.

I saw my PCP yesterday and she took me off my blood pressure meds. I'd been on them for almost 20 years. Score!
