I haven't had surgery yet so I'm not that informed on what foods can be eaten...but can you dip cheese sticks in marinara and eat them? That might quell the cravings.

The pizza is not on my blog at Cafe Frisco.

It is a low carb Lavash flatbread. That amount is about 5-7 carbs if I remember correctly.

I have tried other crust substitutes like cauliflower based and cheese based recipes and found that it takes much more effort for nothing really. The carb count was similar or the calories got to be more. A packet of Lavash freezes well and works great for pizza.

I do everything in a counter top toaster oven, first toast the Lavash a little bit than top with pizza stuff and heat it up in the toaster oven and your done! And they taste great like real deal pizza..... cuz it is !

There is a stir fry recipe at Cafe Frisco and a Chinese chicken salad there also.
