I was hoping there was going to be enough snow that I would need to shovel this morning, since I've promised myself a bowl of hot cereal the first time that happens. Sadly, all I had to do was brush off the car. Sad times.
1: frankenshake + miralax
2: leftover chipotle sofritas bowl + 6 tostitoes scoops
3: waikiki meatballs, rice for the guys
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 40:00 5k training at 1% incline for a total of 2.3 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes physical therapy for shoulder
