I was hoping there was going to be enough snow that I would need to shovel this morning, since I've promised myself a bowl of hot cereal the first time that happens.  Sadly, all I had to do was brush off the car.  Sad times.  

1: frankenshake + miralax
2: leftover chipotle sofritas bowl + 6 tostitoes scoops
3: waikiki meatballs, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 40:00 5k training at 1% incline for a total of 2.3 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes physical therapy for shoulder

B:  steel cut oats - small portion because my husband brought me a piece of toast with black raspberry jam : /

L:  small piece of boule with muenster cheese melted on it

S:  thin addictives - pistachio biscotti very thin

D:  roasting a boneless turkey breast (YUM), peas, mashed potatoes, cran sauce (taste of each, about 3 oz of turkey); another veg

s:  doubtful after that meal!

E:  snow removal

W:  tea, tea tea - it's cold

V:  not yet

Breakfast - 4 ounces of salmon

Lunch - pesto chicken

Lunch2 - crustless mushroom quiche

Dinner - philly cheese steak sloppy joes with provolone cheese

vitamins - check

water - good

exercise - does shoveling over 2 feet of snow count?  hehehe - maybe I'll do the recumbent bike tonight.

tea before eating diner relaxing upon getting home
