22k for 60lbs??
We'll I drink an Atkins protein shake...cheeses eggs chicken salami cream cheese...I don't hit my protein goals or water for sure...I am amazed that people do...I feel like I would be eating and drinking all day..I'm lucky if I hit 48 oz of water a day...pre surgery I had no prob drinking 80 oz water...I guess
I have to switch to a chicken an water diet...ugh!!
Could you be more specific? What quantities are you eating? How many meals are you eating? How many ounces of liquid?
Atkins shakes appear to only have 15 grams of protein in 160 calories. You want a shake that's close to 20-30 grams of protein.

thats your problem Atkins shakes are no good for you they are to high in cal for the protein get some premier protien shakes at Costco or Walmart 30 gm protein
you need the protein or you will damage your organs and muscles
you also need 65 oz water to keep your kidneys working right
Even if it took you this whole 4 months to lose 63 pounds that would mean you were averaging a loss of almost 4 pounds a week. That's amazing! I didn't have very many "stalls", but throughout my weight loss phase I "only" averaged losing 2 to 3 pounds a week. Your body might just need to catch up right now. It is very important to get in your protein and water though. Not only for your health, but to keep losing weight. Whenever I had a pause in my weight loss, if I focused on getting in enough protein and fluids the scale would start going down again.
