Could you be more specific?  What quantities are you eating? How many meals are you eating?  How many ounces of liquid?

Atkins shakes appear to only have 15 grams of protein in 160 calories. You want a shake that's close to 20-30 grams of protein.

That's probably half your issue,  not hitting protein or water goals. At four months out you should definitely be hitting them. Push hard to add in extra water and protein.

thats your problem Atkins shakes are no good for you they are to high in cal for the protein get some premier protien shakes at Costco or Walmart 30 gm protein

you need the protein or you will damage your organs and muscles

you also need 65 oz water to keep your kidneys working right

I love their taste! I think you can only get them at Sam's or Costco   though. I drink 2 per day plus an isopure drink. So I get a total of 100 gms of protein .  I just had my surgery Tuesday  came home Thursday with a 9 lb gain from I've fluids . I've already dropped that plus 2 more pounds .  :-)

Even if it took you this whole 4 months to lose 63 pounds that would mean you were averaging a loss of almost 4 pounds a week. That's amazing! I didn't have very many "stalls", but throughout my weight loss phase I "only" averaged losing 2 to 3 pounds a week. Your body might just need to catch up right now. It is very important to get in your protein and water though. Not only for your health, but to keep losing weight. Whenever I had a pause in my weight loss, if I focused on getting in enough protein and fluids the scale would start going down again.

I think you really need to work on increasing your water.  You might have to force yourself, but maybe think of it as forcing yourself to loose more weight.

Yes silly Milly ...I agree...just started bottle # 3 (16 oz bottle)for the day....I'll be sure to get 4 in before bed..I think the 1st 60 lbs were super easy to lose, now I am realizing that I really need to work at it to lose more...
