As Long as It Takes
The weight loss is getting slower and slower.
I lost 12 lbs in the past 30 days. I was hoping to be at my goal by the end of January. I have 18 lbs to go and it doesn't look like I'm going to make it.
But I'm still VERY happy. I lost A LOT of weight quickly in the first few months and sometimes I literally walk pas the mirror and think for a quarter-second, "Who is that?"
It's a damn good feeling.
I'm six weeks out. I wasn't miserable for the first few weeks but I did think if I had to see another protein shake I would scream. I can tell you it gets much better very quickly. Hang in there!

12 pounds in a month is outstanding in my opinion. Check my ticker, my rate was not fast- but that cumulative total will get there. Just stay the course and you will get there. I bet you will hit goal in 2 months or so.

Congrats on the weight loss! Get rid of the date in your head. I swear it seems like the body just knows that you want to lose by a certain day & just slows down just to psych you out. LOL
