I had to go back to the gym today since we got snow and running in cold is one thing, but running in cold precipitation is a completely different thing. Sigh. I felt so clumsy.

exercise: 40:31 5k training at 1% incline on the treadmill for a total of 2.18 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)
