A sliver of reality in all of the holiday craziness?  I'm at work today, but headed out of town tomorrow.  Gotta try to keep things a bit normal when I can.

 

What on the menu today?

B - chike

S - coffee

L - cashew chicken

S - yogurt & clementines

D - leftover thai

S - not sure...

E - run -- shooting for 3 miles but need to see how my body feels & maybe yoga (depending on how well my starbucks date goes)

W - on track

V - need to get these in

Getting back to the nuts and bolts - no more low carb pitas because ever since I added that in, I've been having problems.

So here's the deal for today....(was just going to have the shake for lunch, but wanted to get my protein to 60 with real food, the shake is a boost and I'm still under my calorie and carb limits.)

Any suggestions would be welcome.  BTW Stacy -- is the cashew chicken a recipe you have, or something you bought?  If it's a recipe, could you share?  Tx.

The cashew chicken is leftovers from a restaurant.  Delicious, but prob a bit high in sugar...

Dawn, I use MFP too --- I just copy and paste it here.  I like to keep track of the numbers.

L morning star veggie burger with some cheese melted on top of lettuce

S not sure maybe yogurt

D not sure might have a date, probably chicken or steak and veggies

I have a rehearsal dinner tonight! My nephew is getting married New Years Eve!! It has been challenging with all the family in town and all get togethers. I'm surprised that I have been able to keep my food in check for the most part! Hitting the gym has been a little harder and I won't be getting there until Friday!
