Post VSG Cheating
I have a hard time thinking of these things as cheating. And I keep reading this as "peanut butter on a cheese stick." Eeew ;)

I figured that after I read it a few times and got my eyes straight :)
So on the topi****ep thinking that I gorged on candy over Christmas but, in reality, I only had 5-10 pieces (reeses minis or almond hershey kisses) a day. Pre-op... gorging would have been much, much, much more. It's really interesting how things change.

Pre-surgery: pint of ice cream, huge bowl of popcorn with butter, then some sugar free Popsicles "to be good."
post-surgery: I'm not quite two weeks out yet, so all my tiny meals are the same size and geared toward protein. But I went to a restaurant for the first time today. Mexican. I had about 1/3 cup refried beans and then licked a tortilla chip. It was anticlimactic.
