Today was another driving day for me.  It's good to be home.  I'm wiped out, though.  I'm always wiped out when I get home from my parents.  Lots of time spent being "on" and not always enough of a break for my introvert self.  

1: frankenshake
2: cheese, tomatoes
2.1: pizza combos in the car
3: chicken salad from chevys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (morning stretches for back pain) - I would have liked to have done more, but I just wasn't totally in to it this morning.
