Happy Thursday Everyone :)!

 

I've had a hungry morning.  I've kept it clean, but am going higher on calories than normal.  It might be OK b/c I am getting back to the gym tonight for "light yoga"

B - chike, coffee

S - latte, string cheese, apple (hungry morning!)

L - kung pao chicken

S - greek yogurt, latte

D - ?? got lots in the fridge will be a last minute decision

E - yoga!!!

W - a bit behind -- been eating too much to drink enough eeek!  at least I avoided the chocolate covered pretzels, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and all the other crapola

V - tonight

coffee flavored protein shake.  It is fantastic!  I buy it from amazon.  :)

breakfast - crustless cauliflower and ham quiche

lunch - meatballs in BBQ sauce

dinner - enchilada casserole - yum - all gone.  I'm going to have to shop and cook tomorrow!

Today has been hectic. I have been off on mealtimes all day.

B: Egg and Bacon. First time since surgery that I have tried bacon.

S1: Protein Shake (didn't get this in, I will have to do it this evening)

L: P3 Turkey pack

D: Sloppy Joe w/ no bun

E - had PT today but would still like to get in at least a short walk this evening.
