Thank you for all the  replies! I am off from work til the first of Jan. So,this gives me time to focus. Sometimes when I drink either water or protein shake, it hurts going down. And sometimes it really hurt in my lower chest area. Are my fluids going through the stapled area where they put my stomach together? Thanks again!! I'm a sipping and walking.

Congratulations.  I hope you love your new sleeve, as I love mine!

My only advice is take it slow.  Your tummy needs time to heal.  the hardest thing for me was eating slowly.  It takes a while to feel any sense of normalcy again, but you will get there.  So be patient.

Also don't sweat the small stuff!  In the long run it doesn't matter how fast you lose the weight.  As long as you are moving in the right direction, does it matter if it take 7 months or 18 months?  Every month, you'll be healthier and you'll get there if you keep to your plan.

best of luck,

Carol
