I feel super great about my run this morning and that I've gotten my eating back on track after holiday derailment. (Although, honestly, derailment now is nothing even resembling what it was a year ago and that's pretty awesome.)
1: frankenshake

3: out to panera with friends - I'm thinking chicken caesar salad?
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45:21 5k training for a total of 2.24 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)
