Pissy bad stressful day, seriously overworked and overwhelmed. Trying to be nice to myself.
Breakfast shake
Lots of tea!
Banquet lunch that was surprisingly tasty. I had a few bites of the salad, which came with berries and goat cheese. The main course was salmon with this yummy tomato sauce (sounds weird but it was good). Good banquet food!? Who'da thunk it.
Snack: Sugar free hot chocolate. Dagoba unsweetened drinking chocolate with 1/3 cream 2/3 water and liquid splenda.
Dinner: Trying something new. Cheese sauce, green beans, and half a hot dog. Kinda like mac and cheese? Or something? If it's a bust, I'll figure something else out.
Second dinner: Not sure... Will see how I'm doing on protein.
