Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Tuesday!!
All the Christmas treats, goodies from vendors, co-workers etc are starting to roll in! Last year I would have dipped into it all! This year the only thing I took was a pear and 5 almonds!

Theoretically I am back on regular foods, but truthfully there hasn't been much difference.

L: Chicken Salad (fruit cup was planned but there is no room)
S: Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt
D: Chicken thigh, brocolli top if room

Vites: I will probably not get all my calcium today because I missed my morning dose.

It's a looooong day for me with a bunch of exercise, so I'm eating a little more than usual so I can last. I have my last choir concert for the season tonight and I think the choir is going out to eat afterward.

exercise: 48:09 5k training for a total of 2.28 miles, 30 minutes yoga stretching (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class, 80 minutes physical therapy for shoulder
