I feel like I ate lot today - but I'm well within my guidelines.  Maybe I could have eliminated the cucumber/dip snack, as well as the evening snack - although the swiss cheese did give me some added protein.  The only "carbs" I eat is the pita - but it's whole wheat/flax with low numbers.  Maybe instead of the two snacks, I should add a second shake?? I'm really not hungry for the two snacks....

No - I was trying to get my protein up with the swiss cheese - but maybe I'll follow your schedule, three meals and no snacks.

Or you could do three meals and one snack, if you don't have a plan requirement like I do!

Hi stress, I wanna eat. I'm on soft foods but will transition to the regular diet on Monday.

B: Protein Hot Chocolate, Weight Control Oatmeal

L; Tuna salad, chedder cheese

S: Cottage cheese. 4%

D: Don't know, either Tuna again, leftovers or eggs.
