Happy Friday, everyone. for me, this weekend is the launch of the Christmas season. - Christmas caroling tonight at the local prison, Grandson's birthday tomorrow and Christmas party on Sunday.
Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche - yum
lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese
dinner - turkey casserole, maybe, or chicken salad
vitamins - on track
water - ok, I'm going to go make some tea!
exercise - the trusty ole recumbent bike

I had planned to do my normal friday exercising today, but my stomach was really unhappy this morning so I ended up going back to bed. I think I made the right call! I'm feeling much better now.

Is there a tip to cutting them? I had a coworker once tell me to microwave them a bit. They are so hard to cut.
I can't say that I've ever had a problem cutting them - good sharp knives?

Ahhh okay I am looking at a new knife set. Mine was a cheapy at Wal-Mart. I saw the Guy Ferriti one and was thinking about it.
