Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Monday!!
I've been grazing and snacking quite a bit since Thanksgiving. Too much food that is calling my name and I've been giving in. And right when I was back in the clear, my partner's parents sent a box of Norwegian chocolates. Argh. But today is the day. Back to eating the way I'm supposed to eat, no more of this crap snacking. I can eat Norwegian chocolate when I'm in Norway in July - I don't need it now. Today is the day.

exercise: 75 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 60 min beginner combination)

Also feeling like too much grazing is going on - giving myself too much permission because it's the holiday season.

I had a bad day food-wise yesterday. I gave a talk at a church in the morning and then went immediately to a Christmas party. I wish I had taken the time to eat lunch before the party because the food at the party was not very healthy. So today I'm back on the straight and narrow.
