Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Tuesday!!
I've had a very crazy day with lots of running around. I had planned to take yogurt to eat for meal 2, but realized that I left it in the fridge. Thank goodness for Wawa!
1: frankenshake
2: tuna bowl from wawa - tuna salad, tomato, onion, cucumber, lettuce - probably enough for three meals and only $4.99!
2.1: kettle corn
3: mom's chicken, brussels sprout gratin
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 48:18 5k training for a total of 2.25 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 minutes yoga class

It was super tasty. I think I might swap the cream for half and half next time, since it was a little bit greasy at the end, but still deliciously amazing.

Wawa has so many good options for me! I'm usually great with planning ahead for meals but the rare times when I goof, Wawa is my go to for what I need. :)

1. Syntrax Cookies & Cream with almond milk
2. Beef negimaki (4 pieces) and salmon sashimi. The negimaki came doused in teriyaki sauce which is carbier than I'd like. Loved my sashimi. Will probably just order more sashimi next time.
