Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Tuesday!!

I'm back at work after my plastics. I'm totally completely worn out. Yesterday, I looked up and it was 4 pm and I hadn't eaten anything (protein shake & lattes excluded), so I think I need to put some thought into this today!
What's on the menu?
B - chike
S - latte
L - saag paneer
S - apple / greek yogurt
D - out w/ the ex and kiddo
S - ? ice cream ;/ maybe/probably
E - none (2.5 more weeks!)
W - check
V - need to get on this!

Clear liquids only for today and tomorrow. I'm going for the dreaded colonoscomy tomorrow. So today when I'm not drinking clear liquids, I'll be.......
I've been putting this off forever, and I promised myself once I had my surgery, I'd take care of all the "routine" testing/screening women my age are supposed to do: Colonoscopy, Pap Smear, Mammogram, Eye Tests, etc., etc., etc. I feel like I should have a reserved parking space at the hospital, because I seem to be there every other day.
So today is water, crystal light, tea, s/f jello, broth -- and the four liter jug of whatever that stuff is that puts you on the toilet!! Think after 4:00 when I start drinking the concoction, I'll just bring a book down to the bathroom and take a seat!
Ugh, I feel for you. As part of my pre-op testing, based on family history, my surgeon had me see a gastroenterologist who thought it would be fun to send me for a lower GI barium study and a colonoscopy, all for the totally unhelpful diagnosis of IBS. I'll never forgive him!!! Ugh, colonoscopy prep is the WORST!
Breakfast - sirloin & broccoli slaw salad with cranberry gorgonzola dressing
Lunch - chipotle tuna & asparagus salad
Dinner - some sort of sriracha chicken and avocado thing
snacks - Chike protein shake, protein hot chocolate, half an apple, beef jerky, roast seaweed
water - good
vitamins - later tonight
exercise - aerobics dvd after work tonight, unless it stops raining - then I'll go outside work on my 5K running app. Just started week 4!
B - greek yogurt + protein powder
S - Click Mocha Late protein shake
L - leftover turkey [again] mixed with a spinach/strawberry/walnut salad with SF raspberry vinagrette [sp?]
S - cottage cheese with mandarin oranges
D - grilled turkey burger with cheese [no bun]
S - weigh****chers frozen chocolate on a stick [can't remember the exact name]
Exercise - walked at lunch - on track
Water - working on it
Vitamins - on track
I'm in the soft food stage, by the way...
Breakfast -Click mocha shake with 1% milk
Snack - hardboiled egg
Lunch - homemade lamb/ground beef chili (1/2 cup but couldn't finish)
Snack - Babybel cheese
Dinner - 1 cup egg drop soup
Exercise - dog walk (1 mile) & might get on the treadmill
Water - a little behind
Vitamins - on track!
