I thought I would get this post started a little earlier today. I need to eat a bit more than I have been, but I am low on energy for cooking -- so this might help plan things out.

I'm back in the swing of things after my cruise. I lost the 12 pounds I gained while traveling in a little over a week. I suspect it was all water weight from eating carbs again while traveling.
Breakfast - mushroom and bacon crustless quiche
Lunch - crock pot thai chicken thighs - yum
Lunch2 - harvest chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts - also yum
dinner - meatballs and alfredo sauce
vitamins - good
water - ok
exercise - recumbent bike, here I come!

Feeling like i have been totally off-track and eating poorly today (which I have), but when I logged into my food tracker, it adds up to 975 calories. Granted, it's higher than I would like for weight loss, but 975 calories on an out of control day - not bad!!!

Mini meatloaf. I made these when I graduated to soft food... along with four other dishes. I have been eating out of my freezer for FOUR MONTHS!

My life is currently super hectic. But I'm plugging along. I'm looking forward to the weekend right now.
