Happy Hump Day!

I thought I would get this post started a little earlier today.  I need to eat a bit more than I have been, but I am low on energy for cooking -- so this might help plan things out.

S - chike

D - sausage burger w/ broccoli rabe (if I am too tired -- chicken & brussel sprouts)

S - apple w/ pb2

W - working on it (behind!)

V - before lunch

E - none :(

I'm back in the swing of things after my cruise.  I lost the 12 pounds I gained while traveling in a little over a week. I suspect it was all water weight from eating carbs again while traveling.

Breakfast -  mushroom and bacon crustless quiche

Lunch - crock pot thai chicken thighs - yum

Lunch2 - harvest chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts - also yum

dinner - meatballs and alfredo sauce

vitamins - good

water - ok

exercise - recumbent bike, here I come!

Feeling like i have been totally off-track and eating poorly today (which I have), but when I logged into my food tracker, it adds up to 975 calories.  Granted, it's higher than I would like for weight loss, but 975 calories on an out of control day - not bad!!!

B:  1/2 bagel

S:  1/2 bagel, cored and toasted

L:  small chicken soup and 1/2 bagel

Get me away from these bagels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

D:  shrimp

Isopure chocolate with almond milk and calcium powder

Langostino tails dipped in butter and lemon juice. Like little lobster bites!

Mini meatloaf. I made these when I graduated to soft food... along with four other dishes. I have been eating out of my freezer for FOUR MONTHS! 

Yummy creamline yogurt.

My life is currently super hectic.  But I'm plugging along.  I'm looking forward to the weekend right now.
