Happy Hump Day!!!

Seriously -- I get to go home on Monday, so it is about half way through my stay in Mexico -- I can not wait to be home.  BUT I am a bit afraid not to have the support of the nurse and Doctor in person everyday.  Things are healing well, so that is great, but I am bored! 

What's on the menu?

B - ham&cheese w/ an egg

S - chike, coffee

L - waldorf salad & toppings off a flatbread -- restriction is super high b/c of compression garmet!

S - chike, maybe a yogurt

D - meats & cheese picnic

E - walking

W - check

D: turkey sausage & butternut squash

Exercise - bike at gym tonight

Today, for the first time, I found myself thinking, "maybe I'm doing too much exercise."  I think I'm just feeling whiny, though.  

As for your boredom - READ ALL THE BOOKS!!

exercise: 60 minutes yoga class, 60 minutes zumba class, 60 minutes water aerobics class, 60 minutes physical therapy for shoulder

I just got home from a cruise, so I'm breaking the carb addiction and getting back on track.

Breakfast - meatballs and parm cheese

Lunch -salmon

Dinner - left over tandoori chicken

vitamins - on track

water - ok

exercise - not yet... jet-lagged and not in the mood.  maybe later

S - 1 hard boiled egg

L - Ground nut soup (home made)

S - 1/2 cup a Greek yogurt

D - Grilled chicken (2 oz), 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 small sweet potato

S - Orange, 2 oz grilled chicken

E - Walking

Definitely, not a good day for me.  Did not meet my numbers.  Was having a "woe is me" type of day.  Did not go over - but not enough protein.
