Monday is my day to do as much yoga as I want, which makes Monday a super awesome day for me!  Although I completely disbelieve Runkeeper which tells me that I burn more calories from 2 hours of yoga than 1.5 hours of running.  Which is why you can't trust calorie estimations ever :P

1: frankenshake
2: lentil soup probably
3: easier chicken tikka masala, rice for the guys - I made this right before I went out of town a few weeks ago and didn't get any leftovers as a result. So I'm making it again to rectify that.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 2:05:00 yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 15 min intermediate combination, 60 min beginner combination, 10 min beginner stretches for runners, 10 min guided meditation)

I had 1/2 of a WG tortilla with a combination of LF cheddar and mozz.  I also had a little salsa with it.

Lunch was chicken fajita soup

37 oz of fluid in so far

meds are in

no clue about dinner

Oh...I had a bite of broccoli/cauliflower salad.  It was the first time we've served it and I needed to try it to make sure it was edible!
