B:  oatmeal w 1 tsp walnuts

L:  at restaurant - shaved steak with caramelized onion and blue cheese sandwich (skipped the bread and ate about 2 oz of the beef).  I am still feeling so full, but it was delicious

D:  can't even fathom wanting dinner, but maybe peppers and eggs or salad with tuna and ital dressing

S:  must have no sugar added fudgesicle

V:  Ooops

W:  yes

E:  hopefully walk later

Zumba was cancelled today, which is quite the bummer, but I had a pretty awesome day anyway.  P took the day off and we spent the afternoon wandering around King Street in Alexandria before enjoying an amazing dinner at Brabo.  Great fun!  

1: frankenshake
2: sushi!
3: I got "Norwegian Salmon Pave, Glazed Baby Carrot, Panisse, Crispy Leeks, Sauce Romesco" plus I had a bit of the appetizer P ordered "Pan Roasted Potato Gnocchi, Shredded Duck Confit, Treviso, King Trumpet Mushrooms, Sage." Both things were insanely delicious. Then I had a scoop of ferrero rocher gelato. Delicious.
