Calories
I just checked my Jawbone and I was eating between 400-600 calories. I'm just a little bit over that now at 12 weeks...I know everyone is different and plans differ very much, but I hope this helps :)

My plan is more concerned with volume and quality of nutrition than with counting calories. So I have no idea how many calories I'm consuming.

Don't even worry about it.
You have to get in 64oz of fluids and probably around 60g of protein. Who has room to be counting calories and fat? Just make sure to err away from sugar and other simple carbs. Whatever you eat, make sure it has protein value.
