B: Vanilla Premier Protein Shake & 1oz Canadian Bacon
L: 2oz chicken breast and 1.5oz low fat cottage cheese
S: 1 tbsp peanut butter
D: 3oz ground beef and .5oz mozzarella cheese 

Water: all in
Vitamins: Yes
Exercise: 3.5 mi walk (I did over 6 yesterday; I couldn't replicate it today. Sore feet!)

HW: 450
SW: 428 9/26/14
Reached 'normal' BMI (24.9) with a weight of 199.9: 2/5/2016
