I decided to skip my 5k training today because I don't have time and I'm exhausted. So I'm going to use the time I do have to take a nap. This seems smart. Even if I do feel bad for missing a training run.

I usually never comment on this, but hey why not start today?
B: Scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo
S: Coffee with hazelnut creamer
L: Grilled steak with some side I haven't thought of yet. (Probably veggies or a piece of potato)
D: Same thing as lunch.... Or wait NVM I just remembered I have a southwestern salad I was going to take to work. lol
S: Some type of nut mix packet.
Water: I alway**** 80-100 ounces a day, depends on my mood.
Vitamins: Drank my calcium+D, need to find a good multivitamin soon.
