Almost!  I'm working from home tomorrow, so I can enjoy the festivities with my son in the afternoon :)  

B - chike, coffee

L - saag paneer

S - greek yogurt w/ strawberries

D - steak w/ spinach potato gratin + probably some mushrooms & onions too 

E - spinning

W - check!

 

In 1 week I will be in Monterrey getting ready for my mark up :)!

S: Protein shake (Unjury for higher protein boost)

Exercise: just increasing activity.

I am not getting enough protein. I think I need to make my breakfast count more.

Up 1 lb so far this week - with no good reason!!!  Trying to cut out the wheat thins, my kryptonite.

Shifted to maintenance and slowly getting my calories up a bit.  What a mind shift!
