Tomorrow is the first day of my new training plan! The plan is for a sub-30 minute 5k, but I'm just using it for the structure, not because I believe I'll be able to run that fast at the end of it. Heck, my goal for my March 5k is 50 minutes :P

exercise: 85 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 60 min beginner combination, 10 min beginner stretches for runners - so nice to get a long session in after so many short teaser sessions)

I've got to do one of two things -- get off my a$$ and spend some time cooking up some of the delicious dishes I see on these daily threads -- or come and stay with some of you for a week at a time and pay you to feed me. Or maybe I can place orders with you and you can Fed-Ex some dinners that you've frozen in dry ice. Any volunteers?
Went to McDonalds for the second day in a row -- must stay away from there. Too many carbs.
Did ok today, but I need more variety.

Getting back on track after a 5 day trip to PA to visit family. Complete with crackers, too many ****tails and no exercise aside from 2 leisurely neighborhood walks! Eeek!
