B PP shake blended with frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries, ice
S handful of grapes and a 1/2 a small apple (trying to add fresh fruit but they bother me so much! I will stick with frozen in my shakes)
L salad with chicken cutlet, craisins, carrots with olive gardens dressing (tiny amount)
D not sure yet - heading over to this ginormous shop rite to pick up tomorrows fixings for my dinner date - may get food at the hot bars (they have like 10!) they have amazing grilled chicken and veggies. Easy for dinner and tomorrow's lunch
S maybe a pp shake or 1/2 of one
