Happy Monday Everyone :)  

It's going quickly so far, but the last few hours may dragg.....  What's on the menu today?

B - chike, coffee

S - yogurt w/ strawberries

L - saag paneer (obsessed!)

S - coffee, (maybe a latte, maybe pistachios)

D - steak & brussel sprouts

E - total conditioning & abs

W - check!

HAPPY MONDAY!!

B PP shake blended with frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries, ice

S handful of grapes and a 1/2 a small apple (trying to add fresh fruit but they bother me so much! I will stick with frozen in my shakes)

L salad with chicken cutlet, craisins, carrots with olive gardens dressing (tiny amount)

D not sure yet - heading over to this ginormous shop rite to pick up tomorrows fixings for my dinner date - may get food at the hot bars (they have like 10!) they have amazing grilled chicken and veggies. Easy for dinner and tomorrow's lunch

S maybe a pp shake or 1/2 of one

Okay. Spill it..... What's saag paneer?! I'm a ways a way from solid foods, but I want to know what I can look forward to.

It's an Indian dish.  Paneer is a kind of cheese -- so delicious.  Saag I think stands for spinach.  Basically it is a spinach / cheese curry / stir fry.  I'm in love.
