Why are you only having one solid meal a day when you're 5 months out?

Well I had my surgery out of state so I don't see an nutritionist but the one at the center told me only one meal a day till I lose all my weight

Probably why I went down to a size 8 in 4 months lol I'm not complaining but I do get tired sometime and low blood pressure my daughter is I'm med school so she checks me than I eat 5 grapes

At 5 months out, you should be eating solid food at least for 2 meals.  I would rethink the 2 shakes a day thing.

Wow, that seems like pretty bad advice. Dense proteins are what fill us up and make us feel full and sated. Shakes don't do that at all. I'd definitely work on getting in a second solid meal a day.
