I'm preparing to leave for a cruise this weekend. We are going to cruise the Mediterranean for 10 days, so I've been pushing at work to get everything set to run while I'm gone, and similarly around the house. I think I'm pretty well set now. Its unsettling for me not to have a long list of things to do! (Smile)
Breakfast - ham n green bean casserole
Lunch - crack slaw - yum
Lunch2 - meatballs in alfredo sauce with paremesan cheese - yum
Dinner - chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes - also yum.
