Ugh.  I've been eating bad bad things, so it's time to be accountable to get me back on course.

Today was a movie day here!  We saw three of them in the theater - fun times.  I only got 25 minutes of yoga in before we had to head to the theater because I had some stomach issues.  I'm so looking forward to getting back to eating home cooked food instead of restaurant stuff!
