Happy Monday Everyone :)
It is a dreary Monday here in Chicago, but to be honest despite being sick, I'm having a great day. I'm finally feeling productive at work :) and I had a nice little date at lunch :)
What's on the menu today?
B - chike, coffee
L - 1/4 croque madame (mostly skipping the bread) + two bites of crepes
S - coffee
D - steak w/ spinach & potato gratin (delish!)
E - none
V - woops!
W - check, check, check!

You can eat anything w/ the sleeve. I typically do not eat potatoes, but am not really trying to loose weight anymore. I have a very small portion and am fine with that. Plus it was homemade -- so I knew exactly what I put in it.
If you are in weight loss mode, they are not the best choice. People follow different plans -- some w/ some carbs, some w/o much at all.
Depends on your plan. I'm happy to have a bite of potato after I've finished my protein for the meal. (Potato I've cooked myself, not processed crap.)
