s:  8 wheat thins that were supposed to be for lunch with a babybel 

L:  salad with 2 oz turkey, lite dressing

S:  1/4 lavash bread

D:  meatballs with sauce made from garden tomatoes, maybe a little spaghetti

Breakfast - crustless spinach quiche - yum

Lunch - crock pot thai chicken thighs - also yum. with broccoli slaw

Lunch2 - hamburger with cheddar and roasted cauliflower

Dinner - stuffed green peppers -

exercise - recumbent bike - as soon as I'm done procrastinating...
