Whatcha Eating Today VSGers???? Saturday!
First day of carb detox went well! I almost posted that as crab detox . . . given that I neither have crabs nor like crab meat, that wouldn't have made much sense.
early morning snacks: black coffee, syntrax cappuccino protein shake made with a mix of almond & coconut milks
breakfast: chipotle sirloin romaine wraps
mid morning snack: sauteed sriracha kale
lunch: tuna salad & grilled asparagus
afternoon snacks: wasabi roasted seaweed, marlin jerky
dinner: Fisherman's eggs, artichoke hearts
after dinner snacks: protein hot chocolate, ostrich jerky
Came in at 30 total carbs for the day, 136 grams of protein, and just over 1000 calories. It's funny how easy it is to stay within calorie limits when I'm not putting cheese on top of every.damn.thing I eat.
exercise: 45+ minutes low impact aerobics
fluids & vitamins: yep
