Happy Saturday :) It's super cold & gloomy here in Chicago.

What's on the menu today?

B - chike

S - unjury protein shake

L - mushroom & beef patty w/ brussel sprouts

S - brussel sprouts

D - pork chops w/ parsnips

E - circuit training

W - check

V - check

Breakkfast - crustless mushroom quiche

Lunch - out with the kids - cobb salad with grilled chicken

lunch2 - BBQ pulled pork and roasted cauliflower

dinner - thai chicken thighs and mixed veggies

vitamins - done

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

I'd recommend getting on myfitnesspal.  you can friend up with a lot of sleevers to get great ideas on food & portions.  I'm Stacy_WLS on there (ignore my evening ice cream issues lately).

I'm trinoc, just like here.  MFP really is the best way to see portions and protein counts.

I weigh 4 ounces of food per meal.  I stop before that if I need to, but I never eat more.

1 - protein bar

2 - pork loin and squash

3 - venison roast and kale salad

4 - pumpkin protein milk w/ a bite of toasted marshmallow (bonfire - popped it into my mouth without even thinking.  I STILL have that habit when I'm not careful.  Just because my 5 yr old is finished doesn't mean the food has to go in a mouth.)

E - worked/walked all day
